General Inquiries
Reader questions, feedback on content, site accessibility issues, or anything that doesn't fit another category.
Press and Media
We welcome media inquiries, interview requests, and requests to reprint or excerpt our content. We ask for five business days' lead time on interview requests when possible. For breaking or time-sensitive needs, note that in your subject line.

Republication: Our editorial content may be republished with attribution under the terms of our content license. Educational use by teachers and nonprofits is explicitly permitted — no permission required.
Corrections
We have a standing commitment to factual accuracy. If you believe we have published incorrect information — a date, a name, a claim — tell us. We will investigate and, if the correction is warranted, issue it publicly on the corrections page with a note on the original article.
We distinguish between factual errors (which we correct) and analytical disagreements (which we note but do not retract). A correction of fact is never buried; it is published prominently and appended to the original article.
Partnerships and Institutional Collaboration
We are interested in formal partnerships with HBCUs, K-12 school districts, public libraries, and foundations whose missions align with ours. Specifically:
- → HBCU institutional access and archival research partnerships
- → School district bulk curriculum licensing (Phase 3)
- → Foundation grants supporting free educator access in restrictive-curriculum states
- → Editorial partnerships with Black newspapers and journals
We do not accept advertising. We do not accept sponsored content. Partnership must not compromise editorial independence.
